Shipping Policy
- We offer Pan-India shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service efficiency.
- Delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or courier issues are beyond our control.
Returns Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any order.
- Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot accommodate returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal taste preferences.
Refund Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear video proof showing the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
- To report an issue, email us at sobrcoffee25@gmail.com with your order details and supporting video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- We will assess the situation and do our best to provide a resolution. Any decision regarding refunds or replacements will be made at our sole discretion.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

- SOBR is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, kindly check with your local courier office before reaching out to us.
